Overview

The work behind the result.

Slime 209 is a hands-on slime studio in Stockton, California — birthday parties, school and corporate events, and a fully-loaded Slime Truck with bubble machines, snow machines, and TVs. We rebuilt their website around what actually drives the business: getting people in the door and booking events.

The Challenge

What needed to change

The old site was framed like an e-commerce drop shop — product cards, a cart, "ships nationwide" — while the real revenue came from parties, events, and foot traffic. Their highest-value asset, the Slime Truck, wasn't on the site at all. Booking meant DMs and phone tag, deposits were collected by hand, and nothing flowed into a CRM.

Our Solution

Built around the business

We rebuilt the site booking-first: a bold, texture-forward design with a 3D hero, dedicated pages for the studio, event types, and — finally — the Slime Truck. The booking form creates the contact in GoHighLevel and fires the right workflow automatically, Square handles event deposits and digital gift cards, and every event type from birthdays to corporate team-builds is bookable online.

Repositioned the site from e-commerce to bookings and foot traffic

  2. 02

Gave the Slime Truck its own showcase page for the first time

  3. 03

Built the event booking flow with Square deposit payments

  4. 04

Wired bookings into GoHighLevel contacts and workflows

  5. 05

Added digital gift card sales through Square
