• We do not guarantee specific results unless explicitly stated in writing.
• Service availability may be affected by factors beyond our control, including third-party systems and internet outages.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Verix AI related to the programs you have consented to. These messaging terms apply in addition to our Privacy Policy.

• Program description: Messages may include customer care and support, appointment and booking reminders, account and security notifications, and — where you have separately consented — marketing and promotional messages.
• Consent: Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details on your plan.
• Opt-out: You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will send a confirmation and stop sending further messages.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance or email support@verix.ai.
• Delivery: Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Mobile information: No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Payment & Billing

• Fees for Services will be detailed in your proposal, invoice, or contract.
• Payment terms are as agreed upon in writing prior to the start of Services.
• Late payments may incur interest charges and/or suspension of Services.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, materials, software, and technology provided by Verix AI are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
• Any custom solutions developed for you remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of our software or tools
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
• In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service in dispute.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Verix AI, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our discretion, with or without cause, and without notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
