LotLiftr
SaaS platform putting dealership inventory on Facebook Marketplace

Overview
The work behind the result.
LotLiftr is a multi-tenant SaaS platform we built for car, RV, and trailer dealerships. It pulls a dealer's live inventory, enriches every unit with AI-written listing copy and cleaned-up photos, and lets sales reps post to Facebook Marketplace in one click through a Chrome extension — with per-rep leaderboards so managers finally see who's moving metal.
The Challenge
What needed to change
Dealership reps were posting inventory to Marketplace by hand: retyping specs, juggling photos, each rep doing it differently — or not at all. Listings went stale, output depended on whoever felt like posting that week, and managers had zero attribution. On top of that, aggressive manual posting kept getting reps' Facebook accounts flagged.
Our Solution
Built around the business
We built the entire product: an inventory scraper that syncs the dealer's lot automatically, an AI pipeline that writes listing copy and enhances photos, and a Chrome extension that prefills Facebook's vehicle form so a rep posts a unit in seconds. Dealership and per-rep leaderboards create accountability, plan tiers with usage budgets make it a real subscription business, and a ban-protection posting cadence keeps accounts safe.
